Pokemon Delta Emerald Trademark Surfaces!

Nintendo has filed a trademark for Pokemon Delta Emerald in Japan, leading to speculation the old GBA title could be next in line for a remake.
Gematsu reports that the trademark was submitted earlier this month but only went public today. Seeing as we recently heard about Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Pokemon Omega Ruby, remastered versions of the GBA classics, it would make sense that their follow-up title wouldn't be far behind.

Pokemon Emerald originally came west back in 2005, and is set in the region of Hoenn. If Delta Emerald comes to pass, it'll mark a step forward in Nintendo's Poke-remake activities.
When the company decided to re-release the original two titles as Pokemon Fire Red and Pokemon Leaf Green, the decision was made not to give Pokemon Yellow the same treatment. Similarly, when the next two titles resurfaced as Pokemon HeartGold and Pokemon SoulSilver, the updated Pokemon Crystal was left out.

Will Delta Emerald be the title to buck this trend and, if so, should we expect to see it alongside Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby later this year, or will the customary gap between the initial two games and their solo-standing follow-up be maintained? Time will tell.

Lets Recap What We Know So Far About Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire!

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire (ポケットモンスター オメガルビー&アルファサファイア Poketto Monsutā Omega Rubī & Arufa Safaia?) are two video games slated for release for the Nintendo 3DS family of handheld game consoles. They are remakes of the 2002 Game Boy Advance titles Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. The games were announced on May 7, 2014, in a teaser trailer released by Nintendo.

Development
Speculation about remakes of Ruby and Sapphire had been going on for years, most notably seeing references to the games and their region, Hoenn, in the 2013 predecessors Pokémon X and Y In fact, "Hoenn Confirmed" became an internet meme that accompanied speculation.

Nintendo officially announced the games in a press release on May 7, 2014. Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be released In Japan and North America on November 21 then the rest of Europe on November 28, 2014 The only detailed information given is that the new games will

"Take the players through a dramatic story within a spectacular new world"

Following the announcement, it was initially unclear if Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire were remakes of Ruby and Sapphire or entirely new games, due to the wording of the press release. In a financial results briefing that occurred a day after the reveal, the president of Nintendo, Satoru Iwata, confirmed that the new games are full remakes of their 2002 counterparts.

During Nintendo's live Electronic Entertainment Expo 2014 video on June 10, 2014, a trailer for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire displayed new gameplay footage, including the new playable character designs and new Mega Evolutions for Sceptile and Swampert that were not featured in X and Y as Blaziken was.

Press release from Nintendo hinted that other Mega Stones (in-game items required for Mega Evolution) could only be found in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire's setting of Hoenn.

The press release an official websites for the video games also announced that the new forms of Groudon and Kyogre featured on the games' box art were their Primal (ゲンシ Genshi) forms, accessed through a method known as "Primal Reversion" (ゲンシカイキ Genshi Kaiki), which in the games' stories may be related to Mega Evolution

Following E3, promotional videos went up for the other new Mega Evolutions of

Mega Sableye

and Mega Diancie.

These new features were later published in print in Japanese children's magazine CoroCoro Comic on June 13, 2014 Photographs of the issue's content surfaced online a week prior to its release and a few days before the E3 Nintendo Direct event, and were picked up by video game news sites

So That Wraps Up What We Know So Far Hope You All Enjoyed The Post :D
